Terms

PCEA Training® reserves the right to postpone scheduled classes if a minimum number of students is not reached or if the instructor(s) are not available at the scheduled class time. If a class must be postponed, Registrants reserve the right to receive a refund of their registration fees, less 50% of any fees paid, to cover the cost of course materials, shipping, and related expenses.

Companies registering for an onsite class may pay with a Purchase Order. Upon registration, a nonrefundable deposit for student kit, shipping, and instructor travel expenses is due by means of a received check or credit card. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the first class day. All prepaid services must occur within a two (2) year period starting after receipt of payment. No interest shall be accrued and if not used within the timeframe stated, the remaining balance shall be forfeited. All prestudy materials will be delivered at the current revision level at the time of quoting.

PCEA Training® reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training dates. PCEA Training® will not be held liable for any expenses, loss of income, or inconvenience caused by such events.

Cancellation Policy

PCEA Training® will accept cancellations of this agreement by the Registrant subject to the following payment schedule, provided such cancellation is given via email and received by [email protected] at PCEA Training® 30 or more days prior to the scheduled class.

In the event of a cancellation 30 or more days prior to the scheduled class, Registrant must forfeit 50% of registration and other payments made or is responsible for remitting 50% of the invoiced amount.

If cancellation is received fewer than 30 days prior to the scheduled class, Registrant must forfeit full amount of registration and other payments made or is responsible for remitting 100% of the invoiced amount.

Any refunds for properly canceled classes will be paid within thirty (30) days upon written notification.

Rescheduling Policy

Registrants may reschedule their registration for a scheduled class for any reason. The Registrant must notify PCEA Training® in writing a minimum fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled class. There is no fee to reschedule if this occurs fourteen (14) days prior to class start, however, the next class enrollment is subject to availability. PCEA Training® reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes.
